Returns/ Exchanges
North Star Baby has a 30 day ‘change of mind’  policy and offers either a refund or exchange if the item has been unused, unwashed and is in the original packaging. Return and/or exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.   
To organise a refund and/or exchange please contact us via the contact form below or by emailing us at hello@northstarbaby.com.au within 30 days of receiving your purchase.  
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. PAYPAL/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.
Order Change and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes by emailing us at hello@northstarbaby.com.au
Faulty Items
All products are inspected prior to posting. Should a product be faulty, North Star Baby will replace the goods. You have up to thirty (30) days, from the date your order arrives, to notify North Star Baby about an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.
